We are glad that our guests enjoy the apartments in the old town like a second home and appreciate the decor. We have never had problems with our guests. You too should be able to feel well and rest. We have made a lot of effort with the setup and hope you find everything you need. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We've also listed some rules that we hope will help you understand. By a proper treatment of the apartment, you help us in the future, we can offer you and other guests comfortable accommodation.
General
If you miss anything in the apartments or if you need help, turn to us with confidence. All things that are in the apartments or on the roof terrace, or belong, may and should be used by our guests. Please handle all the equipment and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Make sure that your fellow travelers, the rental conditions.
Kitchen
Please be careful with the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
Damage
No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We are happy and therefore, if you communicate the resulting damage and we determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost. In the case of a short-term breakdown of furnishings, public supplies or force majeure, there is no entitlement to price reduction.
Ventilate
To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
Duty of Care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives or visitors comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should basically be closed and locked when leaving the house by code lock. Likewise, all windows are too close when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from bad weather or burglary. With the resources of water and electricity we ask you to be gentle.
Disposal
The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and "green dot" (german label) packaging. Corresponding containers are available in the garbage room under the stairs at the end of the entrance hall. Dustbins and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom, please use only with garbage bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. In the kitchen sink, the toilets, the sink and shower no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).
Cleaning
If you ever happen to a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to give all used dishes clean again in the closets.
Rest Periods
In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself should be kept out of consideration between 22:00 and 7:00 clock.
Internet / Wi-Fi
In your apartment a wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available. We provide access for you free of charge. The use of the Internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free for you. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant.
Smoking and Fire
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please leave the apartment for smoking. Our apartments are located in a historic old building. Please handle fire (such as candles) carefully and help us preserve the monument-protected house.
Pets
Pets are allowed after arrangement with the landlords.
Parking
Please use the public parking spaces, for example in the parking garages P11 or P13. The daily rate is around 12.50 €
House Rules
For immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.
Key
Please do not pass on the keys or lock codes. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).
Arrival and departure
Arrival is from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am at the latest. When you leave, the apartment should look the way you found it.

We do not hope you have to cancel your stay unplanned. However, if this happens, the following cancellation fees apply:
